I’ve been wondering for a pretty long time how animated gifs might work e.g. how they are made, and I found out today! I usually need a reason to work such things out, and I had a good one: making banners for Lily Lux and the idea that a waving lucky cat and twinkling matryoshka dolls would be even nicer than just showing their pictures.
After all, making the tiny animations was much easier than expected, plus a lot of fun. You just have to be careful not to get hynotized… ➔
