Because I’m having a large construction site right outside my studio window for the past couple of months, my noise protection headphones aren’t always enough and moving my work requires some major rewiring, I wondered what Lily Lux would do here, or better, what it might look to make the best of this terribly annoying situation?
In response, an iPad Pro has finally moved in – and sometimes, I feel like a superheroïne who can do pretty much everything (and recently, everywhere!), but in between, I also have that awkward feeling of being completely clueless – which, to be honest, is also quite nice, because you learn so many amazing new things that way! :)
Anyways, I’m having a whole lot of fun experimenting right now, and that’s why I’m quite sure that new styles, reworked illustrations and possibly even new fields of work will appear here more often in the near future… I drew my super illustrator in Procreate, constructed backgrounds and details in Photoshop and used Astropad for edits.
Now it’s your turn: What are your very best tips for the iPad Pro, which are your favourite accessories, indespensable apps (Does anyone use Fresco?) and most amazing brushsets for Procreate? :)
