We’d like to wish you very lovely, candle-lit and heartwarming holidays (and a merry Christmas, or whatever you may be celebrating!), and all the best for a truly happy, healthy and wonderful new year Twothousandtwentytwo!
Lily Lux is celebrating in the woods again this year, on her new bench (which is a holiday present)! On her sledge and in the picnic basket she brought bird food balls and rings, pine cones and apples for the forest animals such as deer, fox, raccoon, badger, marten, weasel, squirrel, dormouse, mouse, groundhog, salamander, frog, falcon, jay, magpie, pigeon, woodpecker, blackbird, nightingale, robin, great titmouse, crested tit, goldfinch, bullfinch, redtail, chaffinch, sparrow and wren as well as some gifts, santas and cookies for her human friends (the gifts will simply be delivered at their doorsteps this year!), as well as a lot of lucky clover for a better new year! The animals are already decorating and stealing the first tidbits, while Lily greets friend Blackbird, and friend Robin peers curiously into the coffee cup.
As every year, I’m using my Holiday and New Year’s illustration for greetings to clients, friends and family, online for my social media accounts, as printed cards in various formats and also as small tags for my own gifts.
If you want, you can look at previous holiday cards in the portfolio, or a collection of all motifs from the last 10+ years in the blog. Many of them are now also available as posters and products at Posterlounge, RedBubble and Søciety6!
